Cancellation Policy: To ensure your appointment a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice should you wish to cancel your appointment as a courtesy to our therapists and other clients. Giving this notice will enable us to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time. Missed appointments will be charged at the full treatment cost.

The salon is located conveniently outside of Horsham Town Centre at The Shopping Precinct on North Heath Lane, with free parking for our clients.

Approximately 6 minutes (traffic dependant) from Horsham Town Centre on the number 200 bus, stopping right outside the salon. Please allow plenty of time to make your appointment.
